A creative life shaped by place
My work grows out of a way of living and making that feels personal, expressive, and close to everyday life.
Paintings, fabrics, found details, old references, natural textures, and quiet moments around Sanctuary all become part of what I create. I want the work to feel lived with rather than manufactured.
Some pieces begin as ideas, some begin with materials, and some simply emerge through the rhythm of making things by hand.
Sanctuary, my home and studio
Sanctuary has been part of my creative life for many years. It is where much of my work has grown naturally over time, through painting, making, collecting, and living close to the sea.
You can still find that history there in the atmosphere, the details, and the spaces shaped by art. My small shop by the beach is part of that world, with paintings, clothing, handmade pieces, and other finds gathered together in one place.
